Vatican Museums

To celebrate the Holy season of Christmas, and exclusively on the days of 10, 17 and 23 December, the Vatican Museums will offer a special guided tour to discover the Christmas Crèche in Art.
A journey in time and space, ideal for adults and families with children aged 6 and above, through the Vatican collections, to admire what Pope Francis calls, “little masterpieces of beauty”.
It will begin with the first early Christian Nativity scenes, on display in the Pius-Christian Museum, continuing in the Pinacoteca among the masterpieces that narrate the history of Christmas, arriving finally in the Sistine Chapel to admire a wonderful Neapolitan style Nativity scene.

The visits are fully accessible to people with sensory, motor and learning disabilities (please book at education.musei@scv.va).
